FAQs
What's in the feed?
Brand, Product Number, Product URL, Product Title, Product Description, HTML Description, Image URLs, Category, Subcategory, Color, UPC, MSRP, Warranty and Dimensions.
How can I tell what's new?
We have a "Created Date" field in this feed which indicates when a product was added to our catalog. If a product has been newly added within the past 30 days, it will display "NEW" in that field. You can filter the feed using that value to view only recently added products.
What brands are included?
C2G, Chief, Connectrac, Da-Lite, Luxul, Middle Atlantic, On-Q, SANUS, Vaddio, and Wiremold
Is pricing included?
USD MSRP pricing is included if it's available. Please continue to consume pricing using existing methods.
How often is the feed updated?
This feed will be updated by the first of every month.
Does the download link ever change?
The link to download the file won't change, but updates will be made within the file at least once per month.
How often can I download the file?
You can download the feed as often as you would like.
Are there international products in the feed?
There are three feeds. One feed includes products available in North and Central America. The other feeds include products available in EMEA and APAC, respectively.
Are product resource files available?
Links to product resources such as drawings, brochures, catalogs, diagrams, etc. are not included, but we are currently exploring this functionality.
