Ok, enough with the preliminaries. Let’s get to the main event. Here are the top solutions to see at the show from each brand.

Chief Voyager AV Cart

Voyager is Chief’s compact mobile display solution to support flexible conferencing and collaboration in workspaces and digital signage. Be sure to note the built-in cable management and small device storage and how they create quick and stylish AV installations. The slim footprint of Voyager invites users to easily step up to interactive displays and move freely around the cart. This is a cart that was made for engagement. 

Camera and speaker mounts add a wide range of conferencing and collaboration technologies to support meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and more.

Manual height adjustment accommodates multiple heights and displays sizes up to 75” and 79.4 kg weight capacity for interactivity. Flat panel TVs can be mounted in portrait or landscape orientation. For those who want the full capabilities with displays like MS Surface Hub and Samsung Flip 2, the Freestyle Flat Panel Rotation Adapter Accessory (FRA) can be added to allow automatic rotation adjustment from landscape to portrait orientation. 

Middle Atlantic Forum Collaboration Suite

The Forum™ Collaboration Suite is Middle Atlantic’s answer for the hybrid video conference space. 

The heart of the collaboration suite is the Forum Display Stand. Designed for both open plan or more traditional enclosed meeting spaces, the display stand is available in free-standing or floor-to-wall mounted versions in either dark or light finishes.

The Forum Display Stand has been updated to support up to a 98” display, 21:9 ultrawide displays or dual displays. Our stand at ISE will feature a Jupiter ultrawide display in a Teams environment that you don’t want to miss.

Up to 45.7 cm of display height adjustment allows you to match sight lines to different table heights and space sizes. Storage options include 4RU of vertical rack space and an integrated Lever Lock™ system to mount small devices within the display stand. Equipment can be fully accessed from the front through sliding doors, and from the back through removable panels for ease of service (free-standing only).

Developed in partnership with Focal Point, a Legrand lighting sector brand specializing in acoustic lighting solutions, the display stand and included display shroud are wrapped in acoustic felt. This material helps dampen audio reverberations to provide the highest quality audio experience for both in-person and remote audiences. 

Several table options are available as part of the Forum Collaboration Suite. The Angle Tables and Arc Tables are designed to enhance the remote participant experience by making sure all in-room meeting attendees are visible to each other and to the camera system.

Vaddio IntelliSHOT-M Camera Certified for Microsoft Teams

The IntelliSHOT-M is Vaddio’s professional auto-tracking camera Certified for Microsoft Teams. Advanced IntelliFrame™ technology makes the IntelliSHOT-M camera ideal for auto-tracking presenters in boardrooms or perfectly framing a group of coworkers in larger conference rooms.

Vaddio’s IntelliFrame technology is the result of years of research and engineering, delivering the most natural and reliable auto-framing experience. Other cameras on the market rely on facial recognition, and typically fail with facial coverings or falsely identify objects like posters on the wall or woodgrain on furniture as people. IntelliFrame uses a combination of exceptionally sensitive motion detection and sophisticated algorithms to deliver smooth, accurate, and reliable participant framing – without using facial recognition. 

Pro AV Integrators can adjust the experience based on the room conditions and user’s preferences. The IntelliSHOT-M camera provides a consistent, repeatable, and high-quality Microsoft Teams experience from Vaddio. 

C2G Conference Room Video Hub - USB-C and HDMI

The Conference Room Video Hub is the perfect addition to display and share 4K content in conference rooms and huddle spaces, allowing multiple users to connect and switch between their laptops and tablets – all over a single HDMI cable connected to the display. 

The video hub allows two HDMI and two USB-C laptops or tablets to be connected to a single HDMI output. White LED lights over the connected inputs conveniently indicate which source is currently selected. 

The wired video hub has been designed to be a table top solution, so no worrying about retrofitting or cutting into an existing table. CEC control simplifies the connection by switching the conference room TV to the correct input. For added peace of mind, you can attach a specialized security cable to the hub's security slot. 

Be ready to connect right out of the box with the included 3ft HDMI cable and 3ft USB-C cable. 

Projecta & Da-Lite SightLine Cable-Drop System

SightLine offers a new alternative to the standard black border above the projection area with 3 or 4 thin aircraft-grade cables that can be extended up to 180 cm on-site. Need an even longer drop? Now we have a new option for 300 cm cable-drop to install SightLine in rooms with high ceilings. 

The single roller design suspension system, available with Tensioned DescenderPro and DescenderPro screens, simplifies AV setups by creating space above a screen to place cameras or speakers while its low-profile design preserves a room’s architectural integrity. 

The biggest installation advantage of this feature is the elimination of precise room measurements to order the exact length of black drop needed. The cable drop can be set at any length along the continuum on site – saving time and potentially costly mistakes.
