Q. What can I do to expedite the response time?
A: When requesting solutions please include details about the size of the room, existing equipment, customer requirements and pictures of the space.

Q: How long will it take to get a design done?
A: Many designs are done in the same business day as they are requested. More complicated designs can take 2-3 business days.

Q: What is the cost of this service?
A: Solutions Engineering services are free to our partners.

Q: I have a question, but don’t know if I should ask tech support or solutions engineering?
A: Tech support is designed to help when something has already been purchased. Solutions Engineering is ideal to help select the best products before the purchase.

Q: How do I contact the Solutions Engineering team?
A: Ideally, reach out to your Legrand | AV Account Manager. However, an email to av.solutions@legrand.com is also a great place to start the conversation.

Q: I know I need products for my solution that are not sold by Legrand | AV. Can I still ask Solutions Engineering for help?
A: Absolutely. The Solutions Engineering team is well-versed in AV systems and can also help incorporate the parts and pieces Legrand | AV doesn’t sell.
